Awful. Tried buying through browser. Didn't work. Tried different browser. Tried phone. Double, triple checked billing/card info. Tried different payment. Tells me to try another time. Tried hours, then days later. Didn't work. Downloaded app, didn't work. Verified account by email/texts. Went back into app. Showed multiple tickets available, tried to buy, changed to none being available when checking out. Contacted support. Told support would look into it. Never heard from support again.

So far, this has been a horrible experience. I have tried several times to buy Vegas Knight Tickets and have been kicked out from App, PC, been on phone support 3 times and none of them can give an answer to my problem. It is as if they do not want to sell tickets. Now waiting for an E-Mail from them to see if they can figure it out. Yes deleted, re-installed, different browser and no success. UPDATE support did get fixes for me!

The application is fine, however, every time I log in I have to look up the password because the credentials no longer work. Every time the credentials are changed, by credentials I mean the company's interface for logging in (your back end framework). This ongoing change creates a situation where the password doesn't populate. Which means I have to refresh my connection to the application in advance of every show by looking the password up specifically An annoying and unnecessary process.
