Al Schultz was a make-up artist who worked on sets of television shows and films. He worked in the make-up department for series including The Carol Burnett Show, Maude, Good Times, All in the Family, Insight and Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.
In 1972, Schultz was promoted to head of West Coast makeup at CBS, becoming at 30 the youngest ever to hold the position.
Schultz worked on television specials including 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, Elvis in Concert, Lily, The Lily Tomlin Show, Julie and Carol at Lincoln Center and Don Rickles: Alive and Kicking. He did make-up for the casts of films including "Once Upon a Mattress" and "The Easter Promise."
