David Jacobs was a five-time National Capital Emmy-Award winning producer and director. In 2007, he produced Frank Cho's debut film Dr. Rossum's Prodigal Son. In 2010, he produced the Washington post profile video, Creating the World of Frank Cho, and in 2014, he helmed the Emmy-nominated commercial ad "Creating Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method."
