Greg Gumbel was a sportscaster and host who announced play-by-plays on over 100 episodes of The NFL on CBS. He appeared on other live shows including Major League Baseball on CBS, Ebony/Jet Showcase, CBS Mornings, The Baseball Network, Hollywood Squares and The NFL Today. Gumbel served as the studio host on NCAA March Madness and The NFL Today, and famously for the NFC Championship Game television specials from 1990 to 1997.
