Hector Ramirez was a Columbian-born cinematographer known for Dancing with the Stars (2005), This Is Spinal Tap (1984) and Fail Safe (2000).
Ramirez held a steadicam for the first 21 seasons of Dancing With the Stars. He worked on the Oscars and the Grammys, Elvis Presley and David Copperfield specials and Frank Sinatra, and Sting and Cher concerts.
Ramirez won 20 Primetime Emmy Awards.
