Kate McKinnon is an Emmy-nominated Saturday Night Live cast member who regularly entertains viewers with her critically acclaimed impression of Hillary Rodham Clinton, as well as other notable impressions including Justin Bieber, Ellen DeGeneres and Anne Romney.
McKinnon can currently be seen as Jillian Holtzmann in Paul Feig's 2016 reboot of Ghostbusters opposite Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig and Leslie Jones. She co-hosted the 2016 Film Independent Spirit Awards with Silicon Valley’s Kumail Nanjiani and will soon be seen in the upcoming features Office Christmas Party opposite Jason Bateman & Jennifer Aniston, and in Rock That Body opposite Scarlett Johannson.
Additionally, McKinnon voiced the role of Stella in the animated Angry Birds movie and can be heard in Pixar's Finding Dory. McKinnon has also lent her voice to a variety of animated series and specials, including; The Simpsons, Family Guy, The Awesomes, Nature Cat, Venture Brothers, Robotomy, China IL, Moonbeam City, and as Pez Cat in Pixar's, Toy Story of Terror.
Prior to SNL, McKinnon performed at New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatrer. She studied Theatre at Columbia University.
