Keith began doing make up at the age of five when his mother left a red lipstick out. He knew then that he would either become a make up artist, a clown or a drag queen. He became all three.
He was a clown in Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus and did make up for Dolly Parton, Cher, Anita Baker, Days of Our Lives, The Leeza Show, The Tonight Show, Entertainment Tonight, Extra! and many more TV shows and movies. He was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Makeup in 1992, and 14 Daytime Emmys, of which he won five. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Clown Hall of Fame.
He always said "my job is not work" and that spirit shined brightly everywhere he went.
