Eleven-time Emmy-nominated Kristen Wiig is an American actress, comedian, director, producer, and screenwriter who is widely recognized for appearing in NBC's sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live. Between 2005 and 2012, Wiig performed on 137 episodes of the show, taking on such characters as Penelope the neurotic attention seeker, Kat (of the musical duo Garth and Kat), The Target Lady, Shana, and TV game show host Cheryl Bryant. She received Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on the show in 2010, 2011, and 2012.

Wiig recently appeared as Cynthia Morehouse on the TV mini-series The Spoils of Babylon, which also starred Will Ferrell, Tobey Maguire, and Tim Robbins. She is known for the role of Annie Walker, a tragic maid of honor who can’t handle the stress of planning her best friend's (Maya Rudolph) wedding in Bridesmaids. The role earned Wiig a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress – Musical or Comedy as well as nominations for a BAFTA and an Academy Award.

She starred as Cheryl Melhoff opposite Ben Stiller in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and lent her voice to Ruffnut in How to Train Your Dragon and the sequel How to Train Your Dragon 2. She also appeared as Miss Hattie in Despicable Me and Lucy in Despicable Me 2, a role for which she was nominated for an Annie Award for Voice Acting in a Feature Production.

Wiig's additional film credits include Friends with Kids, Girl Most Likely, Revenge for Jolly!, Her, The Skeleton Twins, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, Paul, Semi-Pro, Knocked Up, and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. She starred as "Patricia 'Dr. Pat' Lane" on The Joe Schmo Show and has made guest appearances on television shows such as 30 Rock, Flight of the Conchords, The Cleveland Show, Ugly Americans, WWF Raw, SpongeBob SquarePants, and The Simpsons. She starred as Young Lucille Bluth in the 2013 Netflix installment of Arrested Development and was the voice of "Lola Bunny" on The Looney Tunes Show.
