Norman Jewison was an Emmy-nominated director and producer. He specialized in films but worked as a director on television series including The Big Party, The Denny Vaughan Show, Your Hit Parade and Picture Windows. Jewison worked on films including "The Statement," "In the Heat of the Night," "The Hurricane" and the Emmy-nominated "Dinner With Friends."
