Richard Parsons was a longtime American media executive and former president and CEO of Time Warner, who kept very busy during the span of his career. He had experience with companies' finances sectors, as he was an advisor with Providence Equity Partners and the interim chief executive of the Los Angeles Clippers. Parsons was also a chairman of the board of CBS and stepped down which later led him to team up with Time Warner.
Richard was the chairman of the board of directors of the Jazz Foundation of America, Apollo Theater Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation. Additionally, he was on the advisory board of the African American History and Culture sector of the Smithsonian National Museum.
