Ron Cephas Jones was an American actor of film, stage and television. He recently starred on the NBC dramedy series This Is Us as William Hill, the biological father of Randall Pearson (Sterling K. Brown). Jones was Emmy nominated four times in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his work in This Is Us, winning twice.
