RESOURCES
MENTAL HEALTH AND RESILIENCE STRATEGIES

Headspace Meditation App - I recommend Headspace as it’s the best. The cost is $12.99 per month but people like it and find it useful.
Coa is a valuable resource for finding therapists for legal residents in New York and California. Coa therapists are vetted and hand-selected by a team of people I know.
Leslie Carr Workshops- Next workshop will be January 9 and it will be the first of a monthly series for 2025. Use code ACADEMY for 50% off 2025 workshops.
