As an Emmy voter, you may not vote in any category for which you have a conflict.
This means that you have not been personally or professionally involved with the work you are judging or employed either currently or during the last twelve months as an executive with direct or indirect oversight over the development, production/post-production, promotion, marketing, publicity, distribution, sales, legal/professional representation or deal-making related to the nominated programs you are judging.
The above does not apply to the Comedy Series and Drama Series program categories, but you do have to watch at least one full episode of the nominated achievements in those categories, and you have to have acted fairly and without bias in evaluating the same.
