Art Carney was an American actor in film, stage, television and radio.

He is best known for playing sewer worker Ed Norton opposite Jackie Gleason's Ralph Kramden in the sitcom The Honeymooners, and for winning the Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in Harry and Tonto.

Art Carney was inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame in 2004.
