Carl Gibson was a two-time Emmy-nominated lighting director and cinematographer. He served as a lighting director on series including Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, Not Necessarily the News, Kids Incorporated, Jenny Jones, Cedric the Entertainer Presents and America's Funniest Home Videos. He served as a cinematographer on the series Lamb Chop's Play Along and television specials The 5th Annual Soul Train Music Awards, The 6th Annual Soul Train Music Awards and Celebrate the Soul of American Music. Gibson also worked on television movies including, "The Winning Hand," "Jackie Gleason: The Great One," "Special Bulletin" and "Greater Tuna."
