Deirdre O'Hearn was an Emmy-nominated producer and A&E Television Networks executive. She held the position as former head of programming and development at Food Network and Cooking Channel. O'Hearn also served as the director of programming for Biography channel and the producer of programming for History channel.

She developed the series Gene Simmons: Family Jewels, which ran for 6 years and was the executive producer on shows including Biography, True Tales of Terror and The First 48. O'Hearn was an executive producer on television movies including "Kingdom of Heaven," "Memoirs of Geisha," "Hollywoodland" and "We Are Marshall."
