Halina Siwolop is a Los Angeles based Set Decorator who has been working in television for over 20 years. She received an Emmy for her work on ABC's Pushing Daisies and was also nominated multiple times for her work on Showtime's Master of Sex. In addition to these projects, other career highlights include her work on HBO's Perry Mason, FX's Legion, and ABC's Agent Carter.
A native of Southern California, Halina completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and then went on to earn a professional designation in Merchandising/Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. After time spent in the fashion industry, Halina completed UCLA's Interior and Environmental Design Program and worked with various interior designers. A fortuitous job as an Art PA eventually lead her to quit her day job and venture into set decoration.
She has been a proud member of the Television Academy since 2009 and, prior to her position as Governor, Halina spent four years as a member of the Art Directors/Set Decorators Peer Group Executive Committee. Additionally, she spent four years on the Board of Directors for the Set Decorators Society of America.
