Linda Lavin was an actress who many recognize from her Emmy-nominated titular role in the series, Alice. She appeared in several other television series and can be seen in most recently on Elspeth, and in episodes of The Doctors, Barney Miller, Room for Two, Conrad Bloom, Sean Saves the World, 9JKL, Yvette Slosch, Agent and B Positive.

She was a star on Broadway, winning Tony and Obie awards.

Lavin appeared in films including "I Want to Go Home," "See You in the Morning," "The Morning After," "The Back-Up Plan" and "Manhattan Night."
