Megan Sleeper is an Emmy Award-winning Senior Creative Executive and recognized leader in the casting industry, with extensive experience across television, documentary, and film. She spent over 20 years at Banijay-owned Bunim-Murray Productions, where she served as the Senior Vice President of Casting. In this role, she spearheaded the development and oversight of all casting and talent initiatives for the company's programming while serving as a key member of the senior executive leadership team.
Sleeper's casting works include multiple Emmy Award-winning television series, notably earning a Primetime Emmy Award for casting A&E's Born This Way. She also produced the documentary film New York Says Thank You, which premiered as a Spotlight Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival. Additionally, she is a proud recipient of the Casting Society of America's Media Access Award, recognized for her impactful work within the disability community.
Her casting credits include 24 seasons of MTV's groundbreaking The Real World; Amazon's award-winning Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls; Paramount+'s The Challenge; NBC's award-winning The Biggest Loser and Starting Over; FOX's The Simple Life—television's first-ever reality sitcom featuring Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie; Netflix's Artios Award-nominated Emily's Wonder Lab; and CBS's Let the Buddy Games Begin! with Josh Duhamel, among many others.
