Emmy-winning actress and four-time nominee Patrika Darbo is a veteran of over 35 years in film & television. She currently serves as a Governor at the Television Academy and she can be seen on the Amazon series Studio City where she was nominated for an Emmy and in a recurring role on The Young & The Restless.
She most recently had starring roles in the Netflix original film Puppy Star Christmas, Lifetime's Cradle Swapping and she had a recurring role on CBS's The Bold & The Beautiful. She has guest starred on countless series including 911, Lone Star, The Big Bang Theory, The Middle, Devious Maids, Desperate Housewives, Dexter, Seinfeld, Roseanne and she was a series regular on the sit-com Step By Step and the NBC daytime drama, Days Of Our Lives where she was nominated for an Emmy. She also has several commercials running.
Some of her film credits include Leaving Normal, Midnight In The Garden Of Good & Evil, Daddy's Dyin' (Who's Got The Will?), Speed 2, Rango, and Babe. She is often remembered for her standout role in Clint Eastwood's In The Line Of Fire where John Malkovich infamously proclaimed to her character, "You shouldn't have been from Minneapolis." The American Film Institute has listed this as one of the 100 most memorable film lines of the last century.
Patrika Darbo is on the Board of The Thalians, helping to raise awareness and funds for mental health and veterans' assistance issues. She is also a Board Member of her local Elks Lodge and very active in the SAG/AFTRA Union.
