Paul LeBlanc was a Canadian-born hairstylist for film and television.
LeBlanc is best known for his work on the films Amadeus (1984) and No Country for Old Men (2007), responsible for creating the menacing bowl-cut hairstyle for Javier Bardem's character in the latter.
His work appeared in a plethora of projects such as Black Swan (2010), The Terminal (2004), The Banger Sisters (2002), The Man Who Wasn't There (2001), Requiem for a Dream (2002), O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000), The Mask of Zorro (1998), Casino (1995), The Quick and the Dead (1995), Basic Instinct (1992), Mississippi Burning (1988), Children of a Lesser God (1986), and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi (1983).
LeBlanc was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in 2003 for Outstanding Hairstyling for Miniseries, Movie, or Special for his contribution to Children of Dune.
LeBlanc died on October 2nd, 2019, in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada. He was 73.
