Robert Christiansen was an American film and television producer.
Christiansen, along with his producing partner Rick Rosenberg at Chris/Rose productions, won an Emmy Award in 1974 in the category of Outstanding Special - Comedy or Drama for The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman (with Cicely Tyson). The program won a total of nine Primetime Emmys.
Christiansen and Rosenberg also received Emmy Award nominations in 1978 for A Death in Canaan (with Stefanie Powers), in 1985 for Robert Kennedy and His Times (with Brad Davis), and in 1988 for the Gore Vidal miniseries Lincoln (with Sam Waterston and Mary Tyler Moore).
Christiansen died December 4, 2018, in Los Angeles, California. He was 85.
