Sabrina Wind is an award-winning Executive Producer and is known for her acute creative vision and her deep collaborations with top show-runners and directors.
Sabrina started in sitcoms including Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place and Reba, but she is best known for Executive Producing the cultural phenomenon Desperate Housewives. It was a ratings juggernaut, becoming one of the most popular shows in the world.
After the enormous success of Housewives, Sabrina partnered with Marc Cherry on their company Cherry/Wind Productions, and launched Devious Maids – the first starring an all-Latina lead cast. Sabrina executive produced other shows for Disney, including a dream project working with the Muppets on Muppets Now!
In 2019, Wind launched her own company, WindPower Entertainment, landing a deal with ABC Signature where she executive produced the acclaimed drama Queens for ABC. The series earned a rare 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and cemented Wind as a producer for complex stories about women.
Wind recently joined Will Packer Media. She has developed a deep slate of projects including a high-budget limited-series for Peacock, for which she will serve as Executive Producer.
Her Amazon pilot Skyward was nominated for two Daytime Emmy awards and she is the recipient of an Alma Award for Desperate Housewives.
Wind has been in the PGA for over twenty years, previously serving as Vice-President. She has been in ATAS since 2005, and is presently serving on the Producer Peer Group Executive Committee, the Events Committee and the AI Task Force.
