Terry Carter was an Emmy-nominated actor and director. He appeared in shows including Battlestar Galactica, McCloud, The Phil Silvers Show and The Fall Guy. Carter directed an episode of American Masters, which earned him his Emmy nomination. He can be seen in films including "Foxy Brown," "Benji," "Hamilton" and "Company of Killers." Carter served two terms as a Governor of the Television Academy.
