Victor J. Kemper was a cinematographer known for shooting over 50 features. His work on the television movie "Kojak: The Price of Justice" earned him an Emmy nomination.
His film work includes "The Last Tycoon," "Pee-wee's Big Adventure," and "Dog Day Afternoon." Kemper worked closely with director Arthur Hiller on films like, "See No Evil, Hear No Evil," "The Tiger Makes Out," and "Married to It."
