The event will feature an informative and impactful panel discussion on the portrayal of healthy masculinity in media, as panelists explore how television programming is evolving to challenge traditional notions of masculinity and promote positive representations on screen. From breaking down stereotypes to exploring emotional vulnerability, esteemed industry experts will delve into the ways in which television can shape narratives around healthy masculinity and highlight how content creators can further the issue through the transformative power of inclusive storytelling and authentic portrayals in programming.

Panelists for the event include television showrunner Glen Mazzara (The Walking Dead; The Rookie); Gary Barker, president and CEO, Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice; and Ted Bunch, chief development officer, A Call to Men, an organization that educates men and boys internationally on healthy, respectful manhood. "For this latest installment of the Foundation's ongoing public event series, we're assembling a panel of top experts on the critical and timely topic of healthy masculinity," said Cris Abrego, chair of the Television Academy Foundation.
