Why did you want to be a Television Academy governor? Relationships are everything and the Academy is a great place to build them and it's nice to represent the community as well!
What do you hope to accomplish as a governor? Greater inclusion for our community at large and to promote the Academy as a great place to network.
Why is the Academy important to the industry? Every industry needs a focus for career minded people - having the Academy gives all of us a sense of place and relevance - to be a member means you ARE in the TV business and that is special.
