Personal Statement (300-400 words maximum) discussing the specific reasons for your choice of category, what identifies you as unique, how television has influenced your life, and what you are hoping to contribute and get out of this internship.

Proof of Enrollment for the current semester/quarter (must include course list and number of units) i.e.; transcript with schedule or official letter from Registrar's Office. Note: All finalists must provide proof of enrollment for the specified internship term.
A letter of recommendation addressed to the Internship Committee. Professional references include any person who has had a supervisory role with you in the classroom, an internship, work, or project-based environment. Personal references will not be accepted. All letters MUST be signed and include an email address and/or phone number. No exceptions. Digital signatures are acceptable.
There are two ways to upload a letter of recommendation:Supplemental materials (ONLY as necessary when indicated by category).
NOTE: If a video link is required, it must be viewable without a password and uploaded via YouTube, Vimeo, or a publicly shared Dropbox folder. All work samples must be combined into one single reel, accessible with one link only. Link should not be directed to personal websites. Private videos, broken links, and samples requiring more than one link will result in automatic disqualification.

How you became interested in the television industry
How your past professional, volunteer, and personal experiences make you qualified for this opportunity
Your personal commitment to diversity and inclusivity, including how this program will help you promote the voices and stories of underrepresented communities
Short writing sample (if available): Any reality/unscripted work sample(s) you have created and or produced.
Video link (if available): Any reality/unscripted work sample(s) you have created and or produced.
Failure to comply and submit all requested materials and/or any additional materials will result in automatic disqualification in every category.
All materials MUST COME through the application portal! Mail-in or emailed materials will NOT be accepted.
